This shirt has great compression on both the chest and abdomen area. The difference that it makes in the way that you look is incredible. If you have problems with your chest, like man boobs, this shirt will make a huge difference for you. The spare tire or beer belly is greatly diminished while wearing this shirt. This shirt does have some stretch to it, but not a big amount. It is because of the smaller amount of stretch that the shirt is so effective, in my opinion. Be careful when ordering! The sizing is accurate. I wear extra large t-shirts, I always order medium compression shirts. The medium that I ordered this shirt in had to be cut off because it would not come off any other way. That's my own fault, obviously. I ordered this shirt in a size large after I had to cut the medium off of me and it is as close to perfect as I could ever expect to have. This shirt does have a little thickness to it, but it feels great. I can wear this shirt for 15 hours straight and it doesn't bother me at all. I do wash this shirt in my front loading washer and it has never harmed the shirt in any way. Bottom line: if you are looking for an effective compression shirt, you have found it. A lot of compression shirts claim to do things that they just don't do, and it is difficult to find one that actually does what it claims to do. This is a compression shirt that does what it claims to do. It is very good for your self confidence and ego.

The Lgtfy 4D Men’s Compression Shirt is comfortable, breathable, and provides excellent tummy control and back support. It fits snugly without feeling too tight, helping with gynecomastia and posture. The material is stretchy yet firm, making it great for everyday wear under clothes. Highly recommend for a slimmer, more confident look!

The fabric is of great quality; I had previously purchased others that were awful, but this one is incredibly sturdy and significantly reduces belly fat. It was really helpful, and I bought it for my 12-year-old son. He wore it with a shirt so you couldn't know he had it on underneath. I purchased a size L, and it fit me nicely. If you want quality at a reasonable price, I heartily recommend it! Using it for every occasion will have a slimming impact and boost your confidence in your appearance, but it won't help you lose weight.

Very good product. Definitely a struggle to put on but helps hold everything up with decent acknowledge support. I wear them comfortably under my scrubs without issue. The sleeves do ride up a bit but nothing crazy.I recommend hand washing and hanging the shirt to dry. The tag itself recommends against washing in drying. So be mindful!Will definitely stock up on this item again.

The fabric is of excellent quality, I had bought other ones that were terrible but this fabric is very strong and contracts the abdomen quite a bit. I bought it for my 12 year old son and it was very useful, he used it with a shirt and you couldn't tell he had it underneath. I bought size L and it worked perfectly well. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for quality at a good price! It won't make you lose weight but it will cause a slimming effect when you use it for any outing and it will give you a lot of confidence in your appearance.

I’m small, 5’ 2” and weight about 152. I was at 173 so I do have some loose skin. I thought this could help with keeping everything tight.Well, it does but a little too much. I ordered a Medium and I couldn’t keep it on for more than 5 minutes without having trouble breathing. I scheduled for a refund but when my son came home, he tried it on and he liked it. Said it made him look bigger. He’s 5’ 6” and weighs 125. Looks great on him. So I end up canceling my return and gave it to him. I’m thinking of getting a size bigger…. Ok so I got 1 size higher just a few days after my first review. Fits great and not over bearing. I can breathe again lol. If I can lose 20 more pounds, I might be able to fit into a Medium. Love the shirt. Probably going to get the white one too. I wish they had other colors.
