I have been wearing compression shirts for several years now, at least 5, and I have several shirts from this seller. I like all of the compression shirts that I have ordered from this seller, except these 2. I wear extra large t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, etc. I always order medium size compression shirts because I want them to be tight, which helps to hide some of my problem areas. These two medium shirts are anything but tight on me. They actually accentuate my problem areas and lower my self esteem. These shirts hug my upper body, they are snug but not tight, they keep my fat from jiggling as I move around, but they DO NOT compress any of my fat. These shirts can be stretched quite a bit without causing any damage to them, and I firmly believe that the high amount of stretchability is the big problem. The high amount of stretch makes them more comfortable, but I am really not looking for or expecting compression shirts to be comfortable. I actually want a lot of compression, not a lot of stretch. The extra layer around the midsection of this shirt does not help me look any thinner. I can, easily, put this shirt on and take it off over my head, like I would a regular t-shirt. The quality of the shirt is good, and it will probably last a few years if it is taken reasonably good care of. These shirts are not thin, not thick either. They fall right in between thin and thick. I did try washing these shirts in a washing machine and then drying them in a dryer, thinking that they might draw up some. They did not! At least I know that I can wash and dry the shirts without hurting them in any way. If you are wanting a compression shirt that actually compresses and makes you look and feel thinner, you don't want these. These shirts are not worth the money, in my opinion. My self esteem and my ego were damaged because of the way these shirts made me look.

Helps slim the beer belly but does not address the love handles due to the slimming fabric stopping half way around the waist.It's comfy, the fabric breathes and feels "right". I went from 38 in. to 35 in. Waist by tape measure without sucking it in.These shirts do what I hoped they would, just not as much as I had expected.

Wearing one of these right now. The compression is pretty impressive. I wear an xl tshirt so ordered xl in this and it’s right. Very tight and the fabric is thick and feels durable. It wasn’t too difficult to get on. I’ve had these types of shirts before and they would roll up but this one didn’t because it’s so thick. The texture is a bit slick for my taste but that might just be the nature of the beast. I got white, and there isn’t a chance it’s going to disappear under a regular white tshirt. You can clearly see the tank top outline under a white Tshirt, again this is because of the thickness of the material. So if you are planning to wear only this under a white dress shirt, think again unless you want everyone to know you’re wearing a compression tank top under your shirt. Disguising it with an additional layer under a dress shirt works but it also adds bulk so kind of defeats the purpose unless you are very “flabby”. I wanted it just to streamline my silhouette a bit and it definitely does, but with the above listed limitations I think I will keep looking for different solutions.

i got these to wear as an undershirt. Honestly, they look good enough that i may end up wearing these over the summer on their own. They fit true to size. I generally wear a 2xl tee shirt and these fit snuggly at 2xl. Everything feels sturdy and of high quality. The material, a nylon and spandex mix is comfortable and and breathable next to the skin. Be aware that these shirts are going to be snug, they're supposed to be. I got 2 black tanks, I will likely go back and get 2 white ones to go under light colored overshirts.

These are my first form fitting shirts so I don't have much to compare to. I don't have a lot of extra fluff, but it does help on days I am feeling bloated. A nice byproduct is that they seem to help my posture. Since it is tight around my entire midsection it makes me more aware of my torso and I find myself standing up straight more though the day or when at my desk. They have held up through a few washes and seem to be doing well.

I have to say, these are fairly nice. They are comfortable and worth the money. Don't buy them expecting miracles, but I can notice a difference. They fit well, I recommend buying a size down if you want to see any real difference. The best thing I can say is they reduce the size of the "man boobs" and more or less tighten everything up. I like them for when I'm conceal carrying. They allow easier access to my CCW. I'm over weight, but more or less have a case of the "beer gut". They are nice, very well made. I have ordered 5 of them so far and have grown to wear them daily. They function well, but again, these are no replacement for a good diet and workout. If you're getting them to not have to do that, this will not do what you want it to. All in all, good purchase.
