I ordered this lg sensor as the web site said it worked with my front load LG washing machine. When I took out sensor from washing machine the original did not look like what was sent. I checked on site and it gave 2 product numbers, one matching original sensor. So I installed it as wiring harness connected fine.I stared machine and waited a few minutes to see if PE code showed again. It did not so I waited a few more minutes and all was good so I went to other room. About 5 minutes later I heard sounds like the toilet was running so I went to check and there was Water pouring out of Washing Machine onto my WOOD floor!! The entire floor in Wash room had at least an inch of water on it and it leaked through floor down to next level destroying plaster ceiling.I do not know what to do at this point about the sensor destroying floor and ceiling!?

Shipping on this part was fast and I loved that because we needed the washer up and running. Very simple to install and worked like a charm.

My washer is 10 years old and it started to give me an error code. The washer would keep filling with water and our clothes would always be soaking wet. I actually already had a brand new washer ordered on homedepot.com but it wasn't gonna be delivered until a week later so I said you know what, let me look up this error code and it said to replace the water level sensor. I ordered it with Amazon prime but because we were going out of town I had to try and wash some clothes for our trip and then the washer gave me a different error code. This time it said to replace the inlet valve which I also ordered on Amazon prime. When I got home from our trip, that same night I replaced both parts and my washer has been working absolutely perfect. I don't recall exactly which error code was for which part but one of my error codes was FE and the other one was PE. I followed the steps on a YouTube video and took me less than an hour. Saved us about $1500 on the new washer. Luckily I could still cancel since it had been delayed. The only thing I couldn't cancel on my home depot order was the new hoses but no biggie. Thank you Amazon for having these parts.
