Not quite the same as a lighted sign but still highly visible under low light. We have the officially required lighted signs. We wanted to mount these up higher to make the exit locations even more noticeable. When the lights automatically dim these show up well

These exit signs were ordered to satisfy the Fire Department's requirements. They are made very well and will hold up for a very long time. Pic #1 shows fit unlit and lit after a short period of time in lighting. Pic #2 shows the extent of the lit sign with a door open and some light getting in and pic #3 is in full darkness. It gives off a fantastic glow and we feel super confident they will suffice in case of an emergency. Very good purchase for our shop!

This sign is not only well made but also includes a hanger that allows the sign to be hung from any location very easily. The sign is very clear and can be read from a long distance away. It 'charges' quickly and gives the ability to have a very visible exit sign without electricity.
