It showed that the blade fit to my car (lexus rx350 2010). However, it didn’t. And when submitting for return, I have been charge for return shipping fee.

Product came in unmarked plastic bag so can not tell if this is a Lexus/Toyota part but looks identical to my current blades. You must remove the metal splines from your old blades and reuse. This should not be a problem since removal of the metal splines are part of the procedure to replace the blade rubbers. I find the easiest way to remove the blade rubbers is to pull the metal splines out with duck bill plyers while the rubber is still in the blade body. Pull them out from the heel of the blade which is the end that does not have the locking tab on it. The heel is on the arm side of the blade and tip is on the side away from the arm. The tip has the locking tab on it and must face away from the arm when installed. When you lift the arm up the tip is furthest away from the glass.To install, slide the rubber into the frame, making sure the claws are positioned in the lower grove. The slide the splines in to the blade. Make sure the locking cutouts on the spline are on the tip end (first to go in) and facing the inside of the rubber. Make sure claw at the tip is fully seated into the locking tab to prevent the blade from coming free of the frame.
