The headstock strap adapter in brown leather by Levy’s Leathers allows for connecting a guitar strap to an acoustic guitar that has only one end pin on the body. The MM18CH-BRN attaches directly to your guitar’s headstock, just above the nut and is constructed of durable crazy horse leather to withstand wear over long-term use. Hand-crafted in Novia Scotia.

Seemed tight and a little difficult at first to put on with the eyelets but it worked out fine. It's a lot more comfortable while playing not worrying about a shoestring or tie breaking.

I think this is a good product if you want the specific look.I bought this alongside a Levy's strap as a bundle because I just thought why not.My acoustic doesn't have a second strap holder, I just use one the clip on things but I tried this out and it does what it says. I don't use it because I personally prefer the clip on thing.I like Levy's straps so I think this is a cool little addition if you prefer this method.Shipped fast and packaged well!

I love this, Levy is a wonderful vendor, BUT, it doesn't fit on my 12-string. It's too short, by quite a bit. I should have looked at the dimensions before clicking. It's such a shame, as it has such a nice feel. Ironically, it would probably fit if it wasn't such thick leather.

Looks really nice on a black guitar, it’s thick but slim enough to go under the strings while still being strong enough to keep it secure. I think for ten bucks it’s a good price for the good quality and functionality.

This headstock neck adapter Levy's (mm18ch - brown color ) works very well to balance my Cigar box guitar . I have a strap button on each side of the guitar but the neck would dip with the guitar strap attached to both strap buttons. By adding the neck adapter and connecting the strap to the headstock the guitar was much more stable for playing and the balance was corrected. I paired this neck adapter with a Levy's guitar strap item ( mssc8 xl - brown color) and am very happy with both the neck strap and guitar strap. for a Cigar Box Guitar setup this works very well, much better than attaching the strap to the button on the neck side of the box.

This is a sturdy product that seems to hold well, once you have it on your strap. I have found it difficult and time-consuming to install, for two reasons -- the button is so large it's hard to push it through the end holes on my straps; and the whole product itself is a bit too short. This makes it hard to work with. Based on my experience, I don't recommend it.

Twice the price of many cheaper versions, this Levy option gives you their quality and feels like it is meant to last more than two weeks. 'You pays your money...

I have a good number of Levy neckstraps for my guitars and basses and have always loved them, so when I was looking like something like this for my new acoustic which only as one strap button, it made sense to me.There's nothing at all wrong with the adapter itself, but I did find myself with one small issue due to the type of guitar I have: it's a relatively unusual acoustic 7-string multiscale guitar, so the wider neck made for a very tight fit for the adapter behind the nut! The neckstrap itself is practically touching the neck/headstock....not a big deal itself, but a little more slack to allow for wider necks would've been helpful. One odd thing I did notice is that because it's such a tight fit, the leather of the adapter sometimes makes creaking noises that are loud enough for the piezo pickup on the guitar to...errr....pick up. LOL But I figure that'll ease off as the leather stretches and breaks in with use.All said, it does the job it's supposed to so I'm happy with it.
