I caution anyone who reads the 1 star review below. I suspect the reviewer errantly reviewed the wrong device. I have heard reports that the original (plastic) Leverpresso did have problems building pressure. However, the Leverpresso Pro is in a completely different league. I have never had any trouble hitting 8-9 bars with this device, and because the reservoir, piston and portafilter are all made of high-quality steel, there's no worry about breaking plastic parts like the original.In my experience, the quality of output on the Leverpresso pro is comparable to Flair products. If you are on the market for a Flair 58, i would suggest looking into the Leverpresso pro. It is less expensive without sacrificing quality.
