I have never owned an espresso machine before, and this has been great for me. Easy to use, and hasn't given me any trouble. The one thing I will note is that the milk steamer runs out of steam fairly quickly, so I have had the most success warming my milk in the microwave a bit first, and then steaming it after to get the velvety texture I want.

I bought this because I was tired of spending so much money on going out and buying coffee. I like that it has two different espresso sizes to control the strength. I like that it has a steamer. It also doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It is not self cleaning so you do have to clean it yourself which can take some time. Worth the purchase.

This machine is great. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg and is perfect for espresso anytime. I'm only giving it a 4 star because I am 99% sure the one I got was used. It was missing the piece that presses the espresso down and it was dirty.

Purchased this to replace an extremely old one. I'm still learning how to use it as my wife was always the one that made our espressos for us. I'm trying to treat her now since she takes such good care of me. I purchased this along with a new burr grinder and the combo works really well. I still have a long way to go to make them like she does though!This machine does everything it says it will. It's also nice and quiet and very easy to clean. Well Done!

I worked as a barista at a 4 Michelin Star restaraunt for a summer and this machine works better than the restaraunt machine for me. Way better than any coffee shop coffee. I use quality organic bulk beans and grind only one spoon at a time with an inexpensive electric grinder. Fantastic result, unprecedentedly good
