Both a Level 1 and Level 2 charger and includes plugs for both 110V and 220V. However, most homes only have 110V unless a 220V outlet is specifically installed, typically for electric vehicle charging. On a standard 110V outlet, you’ll get about 4 miles of charge per hour, meaning a 230-mile charge would take approximately 57 hours. It’s fine for emergencies or a partial overnight charge, but not ideal for daily use. I’d recommend keeping it in the car for backup situations.

Before i start, i will let it be known i have never messed with the connector output settings from within the app or the tesla.Man. Where do i start? I put original tesla mobile connector through the elements. Living in the northeast, that connector has been exposed to the weather for the better part of 3+ years (came with my original tesla from 4+ years ago). Almost exclusively staying outside. Over time the protective casing surrounding it began to harden, combined with the constant pinching and running over of the cable in my driveway, that protective casing wound up cracking and having 3 large gashes on it. i tried leveraging electrical tape to attempt a seal while i find a better solution. within a short period, that cable shorted. it was dead.i decided to look for an aftermarket connector. i found this one on amazon. did some digging and i watched a video on it (it was the wrong video haha.) but based on the video i decided to pull the trigger and make the purchase. From the video i was under the impression that there would be an app i can leverage to manage the output settings of the connector without using the tesla app or the tesla itself. when the connector arrived, i immediately read the manual to find the app. it didn't have one. sad. minus 0.1.The other minus 0.9 is regarding a feature that i thought should work but didn't. I plugged it in, the amperage icons/lights on the block lit up and stopped at 12amps. My understanding is that the touch button at the bottom of the block is supposed to allow you to select what amperage you would like to allow through the cable. I was unable to lower it from 12amps. i was ok with 12amps, just was unable to do something that it i actually should be able to do.So why the 5 star review?Remember when i said i never touched a setting in my tesla nor the app regarding amperage and volts? Well, this connector is charging my tesla 1.6x faster, maybe even faster, than the factory cable ever did. My original tesla mobile connector, charged approx 1%/hr. When i first plugged in my Tesla today, it was at 55%. it estimated 14 hr and 35 minutes to get to 80%. At 1%/hr, the original tesla connector would have taken approximately 24 hrs. That's incredible for a product $100 cheaper. Even if it doesn't have an app and the touch button didn't work. That's phenomenal. Hence the 5 stars. Check the screenshot I posted from the tesla app. Wish i took a screenshot from when i originally connected it.Lastly, the button on the head of the connector opened the charge port instantly on first try. Nice touch.TLDR: This connector outperforms standard tesla mobile connector by a mile. The touch button didn't work. IT DOES NOT COME WITH AN APP haha. More percentage overnight than before. this is going to be great. I am super happy with the purchase right now based on performance. Let's see if quality holds, hope the connector lasts.

At 45, I’ve seen my fair share of tech products, and I’m usually cautious about new gear. But the Ecogenix Tesla Charger has really proven its worth.Pros:Easy Operation: The wireless control to open the charge port is a great touch. No more fiddling with the screen or struggling in the dark.Wide Compatibility: Whether you drive a Model 3, Y, X, S, or the upcoming Cybertruck, this charger works with them all. It’s nice to have one charger that covers all bases.Adjustable Power: Being able to adjust the current from 8A to 16A is a real plus. It gives me the flexibility to charge faster when I need it or save energy when I don’t.Durable & Portable: The 21ft cable is long enough for any situation, and the charger is built to last, whether I’m using it at home or on the road.Cons:No Display Screen: I wish it had a small display for real-time data, but the wireless control feature helps ease that concern.Final Thoughts:The Ecogenix charger is a reliable, versatile piece of equipment. It’s efficient, easy to use, and built tough. The lack of a display is minor compared to everything else it offers. A solid choice for any Tesla owner.Highly recommend.
