We don't use these for the intended use, just as kiddos lights for whatever - reading, night light, etc. They are nice adjustable lights.

These light sticks are bright and useful, they have a nice, easy handle to hold on to with a very direct light switch on the top. I can appreciate their illumination for when during holidays and festivals that the family run out here, that these will be handy and needed to guide traffic since all of our events around the holidays are during the evening. They are grand, they are quite, and very durable. If they work out well for the events during the end of next year, they will be a definite value for the purchase price.
