I installed 12 of these lights in a 40x50 shop with a 15' ceiling. Overall I am very happy with the brightness. I wired them with a dimmable light switch. Make sure to do your research on a dimmable switch as these cannot use a normal dimmer and instead need a commercial dimmer which are more expensive and have less options.

I have a very large shop and I have 10 old school lights to replace. I have been slowly replacing them and figured I would look for deals and try it . I don’t need them to match. So far I have 3 different manufacturers 150watt lights. First hand you can trust recommend light for height. I was afraid I should have ignored the recommendation and gone to 250watts. I am so glad i didn’t go brighter. For 2 of the lights I had to mount them as high as I could. They are bright. Then I bought these ones and wow no mistaking they are brighter than any other light I have tried I ran out of ceiling height. Good sold construction and they are packaged with care and quality. You can tell they care. I think I’m sticking with these lights.

Really happy with these lights. They are in a 5 light configuration in a 34' x 48' pole barn the 240 watt one in front center between my garage doors. The other 4 are 150 watts. Lights it up nicely.

On shipped lamp there was no selector switch as pictured for 60, 80, 100wInstead there was a round rubber plug to the left of the power cord.Under this plug is a rheostat or "dimmer" which appears to smoothly alter output for a range of brightness. Wattage draw not confirmed but min / max look to be par for 60%-100% brightness. It was preset somewhere in middle of range as there are no preset detents, this is a tiny screwdriver through hole adjustment. This light appears to do all the things promised and on sale @ 40$ it is seems worthy of the fee.My query to vendor about missing selector switch is now moot, but they may wish to clarify their listing to reflect lamp power adjuster location from advertised. I suspect there are a lot of folks running this light @ 75-80% default output since the output power adjustment switch is hidden under that rubber plug.Longevity will require an update. If you don't see one here, it's still doing it's thing from date this was posted.Week post purchase Update: Vendor has replaced lamp with one that does include the selector switch as well as the adjustment dial. Pictured for those who may get one or the other to compare. Both are well built, but there are some differences as noted in the hang hook and selector options. Most may not be concerned with this variation but the vendor took it seriously and sorted it quickly.Worthy purchase.

Installed 4 of these 150w high bay led lights in my 24x35 garage that has 14 ft walls and peaks at 17.5 ft. These were perfect and easy to install. I hung them on 1/2 emt conduit and couldnt be happier. I understand I could select a different watt setting but the I installed 0-10v dimmer knobs on each on the wall so I can easily adjust if I dont need as much light. I dont know that I would want any more. The light covers very well. So far after two weeks I have been very pleased with these. Especially for the price. Would reccomend and buy again if needed.
