I bought this to use as a small porch light for a new garden shed. Nice and small and doesn't look too big for this small shed. I do like the button that changes the color temp of the light to match your other low voltage lights. Looks good and works great.

I ordered this because I needed some better lighting on my staircase leading downstairs. I previously had covers that had vented slits in them angling toward the steps, but they did not disperse the light very well. This product produced a much larger light vector on the steps and was much brighter than my incandescent units. I am planning to order more to replace the rest.

I recently purchased a single Varmtalys LED Stair Light to test before committing to a larger order for my indoor staircase project. Here's my review based on initial impressions:Pros:Solid Construction: The light fixture feels substantial and well-made with its aluminum body.Bright Illumination: Even though it's a small light, it provides a surprisingly bright 50 lumens, which should be more than enough for stairs.Included Accessories: It came with twist connectors and a mounting plate, making installation seem straightforward (assuming you have the electrical wiring in place).Not Yet Tested:Actual Installation: Since I only bought a single light, I haven't installed it yet, so I can't comment on the ease of the process or long-term durability, but if you've installed a wall switch or power outlet, this will be a breeze.Overall Impression:Based on the quality construction and the brightness of the light, I'm optimistic about the Varmtalys LED Stair Light for my project.

When mounting the front un-screws leaving the main piece with mounting holes. It comes with everything you need. In my case I used the template, drilled 3 holes in my stone wall and then used the plugs and screws provided to mount the light. The top piece then easily screwed on. Very solid, robust light.I was able to easily connect to my low voltage system.The light is similar to the other lights I have in terms of brightness and color and it doesn't cause glare as the light points straight down.Would definitely buy again!!

These lights need a transformer that is bought separately! This is stated in the video very briefly and then if you scroll down deep into the description it is again stated very briefly. Just wasn't obvious so I ended up getting it without realizing (partly my fault).

The stairway/wall light casts a fair amount of light making stairs a bit safer. I obtained this as a tester to see if I wanted to install them either in my basement or on my outside deck. The light cast is bright enough to allow you to navigate stairs safely, They look solid. These are not some cheap plastic junk.That's for sure. And I would absolutely recommend putting them in for any illumination needs.
