Make sure connect by the right way
With cable attached by male and female waterproof connectors.Easy to connect.The wiring must match the arrow on the two plugs! If it is not correct, then the individual spots do not light up at all. So be careful - each connector has a visible arrow. The length between each light is 1m(3.28ft), if you want to extend it, please purchase our 2pin extension cables separately.

We bought these lights 2 years ago for our hot-tub deck. They installed very easily, and have survived 2 winters looking hardly worse for wear.The colours are bright, but also dim to an extremely low level, so it's really flexible. The app for the WiFi is pretty easy to use and has all the fun, little programs (like music-sync, and letting you set a colour you like using your phone's camera), there are a ton of presets, which makes everything fairly simple and it responds well to commands through Google Home. You can't change individual lights with the app, (not sure about the remote) but if you wanted to get funky, you could technically set it up using 2 (or more) drivers and separate right from left or alternate every second step (or what-have-you).Each light comes individually packaged, which makes it easy to use only what you need and store any extras you have. Be advised that we did need to buy an extension cord last time, but it wasn't hard to find one. I've included 2 pictures of the lights we installed in July 2022. You can see how low to the ground they are, but despite being exposed to -35 and hit a few times with shovels...there's no rust or damage (though I just realized they could use a clean).Overall, these are a really good product for the price. Missing a few bells & whistles, but absolutely perfect for our needs.

Hello,Product looks good but I need to know from seller if you buy multiple lights can you control them all with one converter or do they need to be synchronized?Also can you stop the blinking of the lights & just have them on one colour with no flashing? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks

Got the lights and determined that the power supply was not working. Contacted the manufacturer and they were amazing at responding and sending out a new power supply with no hassle. All around great experience

Garbage product. First, they say you can change lites with a remote, but NO remote included! Second, to enable wi-fi, you have to download a program from e.tuya. Every review say this app is harmful to your device. I downloaded it but immediately deleted it because they wanted my PASSWORD to my router? Yeah, right, not gonna happen. NO other app has ever asked for that Other reviews say their IFTTT you use to control lites via e.tuya stops working after a few months. Returned for a refund. Don't waste your time on this garbage product.

The only thing I can say about this product is - Look into other options. No instruction on how to set up WIFI, No remote control. After hours of trying to figure it out, I noticed a QR code on the back of - WIFI controller, uses your phone to download an APP - - Which is the only way it seems these lights will work. It asks for the password of your router.. Which I don't like. And after hours of trying to link the app to the lights with no success - I deleted the app and looking on returning the lights. I may try one more time this weekend. Good Luck!

I love the way they look. They are quite bright, so you may want to buy the dimmer or mount low, so they aren't in people's eyes. The four-star rating is because it is so hard to find additional parts. I bought a twelve-pack to put four on front porch and 8 on back deck. Set only comes with one power source, and getting another required an act of congress, even though I was willing to pay! Finally bought from another vendor. Also, can not be mounted more than 18" apart without extension cords that end up costing almost as much as the kit! Now that we are up and running (at twice the price) we love them.

Great product, works as advertised with pleasant and excellent support from the seller. Waterproof connections are solid and it comes with a drill bit to make a proper sized hole.

The lights sit nice and flush. I was worried about them corroding or rusting because i live on the water (salt). No issues. The bit the kit comes with cuts through the azek and 2x6 nice and clean. App took me about an hour to figure how to connect but its nice when done.

Impressive lights for the money. Very easy to install. I had an issue with one light and the company quickly responded and sent a replacement.
