Kids have toys at minute but 3 yr old is playing and getting letter right with this .just need to get two yr old interested as he needs help but I will keep going with this mat it's a great help

My God son doesn’t speak much or well when he does. But he loves this and I believe it’s helping him. Phonetics are key for him. He has other educational tools like this. But with this one, he has to stand up and look ahead instead looking down while sitting.

Correction: this actually started working. Have no idea why it didnt originally work. My granddaughter enjoys it and is learning to boot.Original: I bought this for my granddaughter ahead of Christmas as she would be the age to use it by then. It doesn't work. at. all. Doesn't come on - no sound. Nothing. I replaced the batteries that came with it and nothing. Does not work. Don't waste your money

I purchased this for my classroom, and it was immediately a huge hit! It lasted for a few months until one of my 2nd graders ripped it in a fit of rage, and it no longer works. 😔 I thought they would have been more durable, but they aren’t. Great if you are using them for gentle children, not so great for rough, active, or somewhat destructive kiddos.

I have 3 children ages 7,5, and 2 and all have engaged with this toy at their own level. It has separate settings for children to practice and play games and support their understanding of the letters and their sounds. I particularly like how the lower levels help my youngest learn phonics, whereas the more challenging activities suit my eldest, who can test his knowledge. It also has a range of phonics songs which they all love. As a parent, the volume control and the wipe-clean fabric are greatly appreciatedThis toy is engaging and phonetically correct. The pictures are clear and it is easy for little fingers to press the buttons and make it work.

Easy to set up and seems to work well. Only criticism is that it is American English, so unsuited for the letter Z (zee vs zed). Make sure it gets hung up as I don't think it could take being walked on or creased sharply.

I have just received this and am very happy with the overall look and quality. It is easy to use in my English lessons with the young students and they really enjoy the songs! The games and songs are catchy and it is easy to set up - very user-friendly. It came with batteries too which is helpful. The sound quality could be slightly clearer, but in all, it functions well and is easy for the children to play with. A great idea for learning!
