This is a very very handy battery checker for the AXS SRAM Battery (and my knock off version). Really recommend the battery tester rather than looking at the derailleur's not terribly helpful green-amber-red lights.

If your battery isn't totally dead this device will say its at 100%. I would take off on my bike thinking my battery is charged and 15 20 minutes later couldn't shift. After buying more batteries I came to the conclusion that it was the tester. Unless all the batteries I purchased off Amazon are bunk.

I always bring this on my road trips now so that I can ID how much power is left on my batteries. That being said, it does look EXACTLY like a charger, so there have been instances where I grabbed the wrong one while packing and had batteries not charging when I thought they were.Overall a great product for what it does, but do beware that you dont expect it to charge!
