There was no protection on the product. I was so lucky that it was not broken when I received it. The item itself can break into pieces very easily. U must do better packaging to keep it safe.

Not much to be said. This was a perfect replacement for the broken left shoulder button for my own gamepad. My shoulder buttons are a little louder now, but that's a small price to pay in comparison to buying an entirely new Xbox gamepad.Also, this probably doesn't need to be said, but for anyone considering to buy this product, you'll need to make sure that you also acquire or already own an appropriately sized screwdriver - in this case a T6 and/or T8 torx screwdriver (I forget which one I own, but I lucked out thanks to my local hardware store).You'll also want a proper pry tool to pop the gamepad shell apart after removing the screws. You can -technically- make due with coins but I really don't recommend that unless you're a masochist. And finally, if this is your first time doing a repair like this, I really do recommend looking up an Xbox gamepad breakdown video on YouTube for step-by step instructions on taking your gamepad apart without damaging it.

For clarity, the product is not two pieces of the Lb Rb bumper button. Its a package containing two products, one is the bumper and the other is the plastic cover for the power + sync button. Its for the Xbox One and not 360 as the description states.

I bought this because the plastic tip that presses the button on the inside broke off one of my bumpers. If you're just looking for something that feels nice enough to the touch and does the job this is for you. The only minor inconvenience I have with hese is that they sort of bow down at the very edges of the bumper but nothing very noticable at all, which is why I gave 4 stars.

These bumper are just like what the controller came with. They have the same feel and click when replaced. You won't be disappointed. Great product.

It honestly looks exactly like the factory LB and RB bumper my controller came with. 2 days ago I broke off the RB plastic stick rode thingy from beating too many people in MK11. I watched a quick YouTube video on how to take apart an Xbox series X controller (you will need a certain type of screw driver) and was able to quickly remove the old bumper and replace with this one. It works like brand new and took about less than 10 mins.I can’t speak on longevity but honestly the factory one is just as fragile of plastic too.
