These joysticks were properly installed and this was the result. The circularity error should be around 6.5-7%. These joysticks are WAY OFF and genuinely feel terrible, sluggish when responding to movement. This is all a result of terrible potentiometers, which are the green sensors on each axis.

This was the first time I have repaired an Xbox controller and these fit the bill perfect. My sister gave me an Xbox Series X controller because it has drift and I decided on these replacements for a variety of reasons. A lot of other sellers seem to offer them in bulk amounts, which makes sense if you repair controllers regularly, but I don't need the surplus. Others offer all the tools that you need to replace them, but I already own all of that and didn't want to pay extra for things already in my shop. It just made sense - financially and otherwise. Now, before I cracked it open, my controller was ALL OVER THE PLACE and since I swapped these in it's dead set at zero. I saw videos online about having to adjust the piece on the board to calibrate the stick but I had none of that. I soldered it in and it worked perfectly - what more can I ask for? All in all, it worked for me and I recommend the product.

I actually didn't end up using them. However, they look like the factory ones and seems like they would work perfectly.

Stick movement is jumpy and does not accurately read small stick movements. I tried replacing with the second stick and had the same jumpy movement on the Y axis and had no movement on the X axis. Very disappointing considering how tedious it is to replace sticks.

I think it was the right part, but removing the busted one was above my pay rate. The desolder tool I used was not up to the task. Maybe it was me, so now I have a brand new Xbox series x controller that is a expensive paper weight. Or door stop. Thanks Microsoft you rule.

Used one to replace my son's left thumb stick and the new didn't even last a month. Used the other one to replace that one and it didn't even work properly!

These are not ALPs sticks, these are a knockoff. Also for anyone thinking of replacing their sticks, instead of desoldering the entire analog stick, there’s a way to just swap out the sensors. It’s very hard to get these to read dead center because the controller has 0 deadzone burned into its chip
