Lawn does not stick to the aerator. Goes in the lawn with ease. I read some reviews of shaky materials, but this one is really firm and will last for years. Very happy.

This aerator is great for my needs: small, sturdy and easy to assemble. I don't mind the manual labor of pushing it down and moving along, since it's an excuse to get me moving! I do think the gloves were a complete waste of time and money, though. They're too thin and pointless if you already have garden gloves.

I like that the metal spikes are solid and will not break off. It was easy to assemble. However I thought I had the bolt as tight as I would get it and when I went to use it I could feel the handle wiggle some.I have not tighten it again as I was only doing a small area. You would not want to do this for a large area as it would take days to get a big area done. Over all I love having this to prepare my soil for seeding.

Nice and sturdy, well finished and supplied with an Allen key and spanner to assemble it with. I am 6’ and it is the perfect size for me without hurting my back. The spikes are sharp enough but not too sharp. Obviously it helps if it has rained recently, which isn’t really a problem this year.Overall I am very pleased with this item, really good product.

Easy to assemble but if you plan on using this for a big yard, you will be disappointed. Make sure to water the area before using and the picks cannot penetrate through hard soil. Maybe if they were sharper but in their current state they kind of feel a little dull. I was hesitant to apply to much pressure and the unit feels flimsy when stepping on it and rocking it side to side to release.

Really good lawn aerator sharp tines go into lawn really easily with a push of your foot. Did my whole lawn just push on the part for your foot then I pushed it backwards and forwards to loosen the soil under the lawn then pull it out, it does not leave large holes like the hollow tine aerators just small neat holes. The build quality is very good and did not feel flimsy my garden is quite large and it did the job with no problems and was very easy to assemble. I would recommend this tool as it does what it is supposed to do with no issues.

Easy to assemble this sturdy device is easy to use and its spikes are longer than my old one and, therefore, better at aerating the lawn. I’m very pleased with it. Oh, and it arrived really quickly!

I was really surprised at how good this aerator was to use, the prongs are long enough to really get into the soil under the lawn, yes it's hard work to do a complete lawn but I dit it in quarters and that seemed to be the best way to do it. The aerator itself is quite Sturdy and well built and painted in green.Overall quite a good purchase and definitely can see the difference in the lawn, make sure you do it whilst the lawn itself is wet!
