I enjoy that this earpiece is compatible with my kenwood two way radio for work! Just enough length to have slack in the wire but not too much slack to where I feel like I’m constantly having to tuck the extra wire. My only complaint is the part that molds/folds to the top of my ear sometimes tends to come off my ear. I wish there was a better way to have the portion that molds over top of my ear to stay better. Other than that this was a great investment for the affordable price!

Had it for a little over a month and it stopped working. Sound began to go lower and lower until it completely stopped working all together. Don't Buy!

It was great for less than 2 months and then the sound quality went down so low my husband cannot use it anymore. We purchased July 30th and it already is unusable now.

I use this slightly off-label. I like to listen to books-on-tape (Audible, take my money) while I work. I plug this into an IPhone lightning-to-earphone adapter and get good listen-only sound quality, good volume and all-day comfort. Since it’s only one ear, I can hear my colleagues hailing me and maintain situational awareness. The springy coiled wire means it doesn’t pull on my ears when I stand up, and doesn’t snag on things.

Works great, but I still need to replace it every few months due to hard use on duty. Sound quality is good, not tinny like my last in ear, very readable even at higher volumes. Each one of these I've had to trim the clear tubing down to match the height of my ear, but It's no big deal. 10 Seconds with a pair of scissors and I'm in business.

When I first bought this and went to feed it through my shirt, the clear tube snapped. After contacting the company, they were kind enough to ship me two more pieces for free. Since then I have been more careful with it, and have had great luck. The sound quality is good and everything works as it should. The only thing I would change is the earpiece itself, because it doesnt stay in your ear very well. It works, but the other design some of them have would probably work better. Other than that I'm happy with the purchase.
