I have used a foot powered cowbell for years. I could never get quite the right sound from it. It was either too clangy or too muffled. This is just right. It has a nice, tight cowbell type of sound. Seems like it will last too. This gave me the sound I wanted.Update: 9/18/24. It was doing great until it cracked a couple of weeks ago. Now it sounds dead. Dang. I'm going to see if I can find a less expensive option for a replacement

I was looking for an afordable item to replace the 'clop' sound i used to get from an array of wooden boxes which seem not to be sold any more. Dont hit hard and use sparingly unless you want to drown out the band!

This synthetic block is a nice substitute for a medium/small woodblock and very suitable for drum set applications where you don't have time to grab the rubber mallets after keeping time before the woodblock solo.Easily attaches to an accessory rack or cymbal stand. Combine this block with the LP1305 Block Blast for a nice hi/lo woodblock "tick-tock" combo.Highly recommended

Great low pitch woodblock sound. Use it often for strong rock ballad to a soft acoustic percussion tune. Sounds terrific!

Conforme alla fotografia. Suono molto penetrante e robusto. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto la meccanica di fissaggio, tutta in metallo, anche la vite a farfalla in metallo. La meccanica di fissaggio e la percussione sono uniti da due robuste viti ed una separazione di gomma.
