This synthetic block is a nice substitute for a small woodblock and very suitable for drum set applications where you don't have time to grab the rubber mallets after keeping time before the woodblock solo.Easily mounts to accessory rack bracket (NOT included!) I would suggest getting the Blast Block Low Pitch as well. The two work very well as hi and low woodblock substitutes.
