Your cart is empty.The Lathem 700E calculating electronic time clock is a fully-automatic simple calculating time clock that can be used to track time for up to 100 employees. It can be setup to either calculate total hours or simply print the date and time employees clock in and out. In calculating mode, the 700E will calculate the hours the employee worked and will add them to a running total for that time period on the employee's time card. The time card will show month, year, day of the week, date and the calculations. This is just one of 14 payroll modes. Smartphone technology keeps time, date and settings during power outages, and auto-adjusts for daylight saving time and leap years. With support for any pay period, exact minute or rounding time format, and ease of use, the 700E is a great option for any employee time tracking system. The 700E requires Lathem E17 time cards (sold separately). since 1919, Lathem time clocks have set the standard for quality, durability and accuracy.

I used this time clock for few weeks on a bi-weekly schedule when all of a sudden it started to punch every week for a new week without making any changes on my end, too late to return

This time clock is difficult to set up and it won't allow my employees to use the same card for a 15 day pay period. My employees have to use a new card each week or the clock prints over the previous days. I have even had my IT team try to figure this out and they could not set it up. I do not recommend this product. Its a waste to get new cards and a waste of time since I have to add the hours together from several cards. Wish I could return it and get another model.

I really liked this clock. It is a little hard to set up but once that was done, it was so easy for employees (and me) to use! They just put their card in the machine and it did the rest! I took the timecards at the end of the pay period and all the times were there for me. Saved me a lot of work and calculating! However, now it is very hard to get the machine to feed the time cards in. Employees stand at the clock for several minutes each trying to get the clock to take the card in. So, it's been about a year and 1/2 since I got it so no warranty anymore but for the price, I'm not happy that it's failing already! I'm still working on trying to get it to work like cleaning it and seeing if anything is stopping it from working right but I may have to get something else now.
