For DIY: excellent price point for a reason. It is NOT gyroscopic like traditional brands. BUT here me out.With a tripod, this is a phenomenal tool. The laser head leveling is simple, mechanical weighted balance. It is limited it the range it can adjust for. Tool tripod/base must be manually leveled to within range of the balance. If NOT, it emits a tone to alert the operator. The green laser was bright. We used bubble levels (4 ft /1ft) on everything to verify and compare for a few days. The three plane lasers are simple to toggle on/off or select between brightness settings. For interior framing, we were able to save SO much time with the layout and construction on a 1200 sq ft office space in a metal building. The lasers clearly lit up to our 72 ft interior. The dual (low/high) horizontal lasers are 4.5" apart and make marking wall boxes & baseboards a breeze. The vertical laser makes window, doors, floor blocking, and T-walls much faster. Two batteries, but have not needed more than one even after 40 hrs of intermittent use.Super compact.For DIY or limited use, this tool is phenomenal and well worth the price. If you can bill a customer for it, go for a Bosch. Otherwise, this will do the trick.

This is a great tool to use specially if you are just used to eyeballing it and praying it comes as straight as it gets. This does not need to be held but does need a sturdy base to sit on for accuracy.

On accuracy alone, I would give this laser level 5 stars. It's actually a nice little set with bright, accurate lines and all the accessories you'd want. The only reason for 4 stars is because the materials used on everything aren't super high quality, such as lightweight plastic.It would be excellent for any home owner. It has 2 rechargeable batteries that last a long time. It has everything I am looking for, I just wish it felt a bit more solid in my hand. I don't know how long it would survive the jobsite with daily use, but it's a functional, easy to use tool that saves time.

This is a great little laser. It includes trade specific attachments like the magnetic target and mount. Both of which are used for leveling suspended ceilings.

I have only used this two times and am very happy. I used it to help align TV wall mounts. Once I found my wall studs, I used the laser to show a true line on the wall to find my drill points. I mounted the laser on a camera tripod so I could have my hands free. While it worked great for my simple project, I think this has so much more potential uses as I get to know it better.

We bought this to help with putting together a gazebo on uneven ground. It was amazingly easy to use and I loved that we were able to get all 4 posts aligned at one time. It saved sooo much time and aggravation. It comes with a remote control too! Lots of extras. Great case to hold everything.

It came in a convenient bag that is easy to organize and carry. I really like the two horizontal lines, and it can also shoot in all four directions simultaneously. I also verified the level's accuracy using a manual leveler. Manual was simple and easy to follow.
