these needles are a little bit harder to push through really thick material, but I really like them because they are strong and I like the larger eyes on them, so much easier to get them threaded! the price was not bad, either.

I recently purchased a set of large-eye needles for hand sewing and I am so glad I did! These needles have a larger eye than traditional needles, making threading much easier. I was amazed at how quickly I could thread my needle with the large eye. The needles also have a longer shaft than regular needles which makes them perfect for sewing thicker fabrics, such as denim and upholstery. I was able to complete my project quickly and easily with these needles. The quality of the needles is excellent and I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Not sure what these are made of, but they break with the slightest pressure from your fingers. I use them to see wigs and I have had more that 8 break on me.
