Clean and functional. Not really "foldable" without disassembly, but close enough. The unit is bare wood - I'm going to use a penetrating finish to make it a little more moisture resistant.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy build. The wide, solid base is great. I hung almost 2 pounds of fresh pasta to dry with ease. The height is also great. I love that it comes apart as easily as it goes together, making it easy to keep it in a drawer. Easy to wipe clean with a damp towel. Pricing is great for a pasta rack of this quality. This rack will get a lot of use!

This rack was easy to put together and take apart. With the dowels not fixed it place permanently, this is a great tool for people without a ton of storage space. This can hold a LOT of pastas, with either draping across multiple dowels, or using one dowel for large stacks of pasta to dry. With the height of this rack and a fan's medium speed, you can dry pasta ridiculously fast for storage. This rack isn't too heavy, it's a medium weight for a kitchen appliance, and isn't easy to knock over as it's very sturdy with a solid large base. Cleanup is easy, just a slightly damp paper towel or cloth and all the flour or pasta remnants are gone.

While I appreciate the simplicity and craftsmanship of this Pasta Drying Rack, I am disappointed that they selected to leave all the would untreated. The natural wood is very light colored seems vulnerable to moisture. I can understand wanting to leave the drying arms free from potential toxins, but why couldn't the rest of the stand been treated with a stain or other sealer? They do make nontoxic stains and sealers, although they might not be cheap.Aside from that quibble, the design is solid and sturdy enough for its task. But don't get other ideas about how to use this pasta dryer, because the wood is actually very soft and will not be so easy to modify, if say, you wanted to drill another set of holes on top of the disk for drying cups or bags. If you do opt to make such a modification, have some wood glue handy.If the makers of this product want to widen their audience, they could offer a version with additional, pre-drilled holes on top of the disk for drying plastic bags (like sandwich bags), as there are similar products out there, AND there might actually be MORE people looking to dry bags than there are people wanting to dry pasta. Just sayin'.
