I like this shape as it easier to make & cut pieces of cheesecake for a big crowd. It says it’s leakproof but when I rinsed it prior to use the water did run out of the bottom. Which happens with some springforms. The batter stay in when I filled & baked it though.

I made a double batch of brownie-bottom cheesecake for a choir brunch on Easter. This was a nice size pan for a large crowd. Nice finish.

I wanted one for a long time but this one is disappointing because it leaks out liquid for the first try with water. I have round ones and they don’t leak. I am imagining that if I will put a mostly runny batter will be a mess

I got this to make a large cheesecake for a party. I had no trouble with leakage, but I also use a graham cracker crust that filled in around the seam. I also wrapped aluminum foil around the bottom just in case. All my other springform pans leaked. The only thing I wish they’d do is include a recipe. I doubled my recipe that I use for a 9” springform pan.
