This mat is huge and perfect for our family of 4. We ordered to be able to have picnics at the park but we intend to use this at the beach come summer. Its a great material that is really easy to clean and is waterproof so spills are no problem. Its functional in all aspects, especially being able to store it. Its a very pretty color. No off putting smell when we opened it like a previous mat I purchased had. I can tell this thing is durable and I'm excited to use it more often.

Purchased this for softball. This is my most frequently used item. Waterproof, large enough for several people, easy quick folding !

The water resistance is A-1. I spilled wine and it cleaned up very easily. I appreciated that. the blanket is extremely lightweight and makes for easy transport. Don't let the 3 layers fool you they do nothing. The blanket is extremely thin and can not be used on hard surfaces comfortably. It definitely serves it's purpose by creating a barrier from you and the ground but nothing more. The pattern is pretty and I'm going to get my use out of it.

I've taken this blanket on multiple trips and it has yet to let me down. It's been exposed to concert venues, camping trips, backyard tanning, and 6+ hour beach days and hasn't slipped up yet. The durable waterproof and polyester lining makes it easy to clean and wash. I've spilled food and drinks on the blanket and haven't gotten any stains yet. I love that it's as easy as a cycle in the washing machine to get it like new again. Highly recommended if your looking for a durable blanket for your outdoor adventures.

I literally put this in my wet yard and I probably shouldn’t have, but I was surprised how long I was able to sit with it!Like oh shocked it was a good minute. I was just sitting there and like unbothered by the wetness and then it came through and I was like OK time to move.But I was able to sit in my grass which is something I like to do and I don’t feel like I can do because I can’t sit directly on grass because I’m heavily allergic to grass so it’s nice that I have some thing that I can put down on when I wanna sit on wet grass and I can’t.Also, it’s totally adorable and Great for Sandy Beaches too to keep the heat off your booty cheeks!So yeah, this is a great blanket all around! ♥️♥️♥️

This is a no fuss blanket that is easy to store, easy to carry , and easy to clean. Once you use it, it can get put back the way it came without a problem. I have some more complicated picnic blankets that have stakes and those are great for a settling in with a slow pack up where you have time for all of that. And some other types of blankets don't ever fold up again like they did when you first got it. Not this one. This is a grab and go kind of deal and you can put it away in a hurry , NICELY. This is the one you take when there's going to be traffic after the fireworks and everyone needs to get to the car ASAP......and it's nice to look at, that never hurts either.

All opinions are my own.I have been looking for a durable portable blanket that could be used both as a picnic blanket outside, and as an indoor or outdoor lounging area for my dogs Sid and Lexi. Saw this D O R O C Y Picnic Blanket and thought I would give it a try.A wonderful and versatile blanket! Everything about it exceeded my expectations. Easy to roll up for portability and storage. Durable, roomy and soft. Very comfortable to sit and lounge on. A pretty and happy blue color palette. Very well made with secure stitching and seaming. Durable back side for use outside on the ground.Another helpful use for this blanket is as a blanket to keep in your vehicle. It works great as protection for vehicle seating when traveling with dogs, and would also be useful to keep in your vehicle's emergency kit.One thing to mention is that the current initial description of this picnic blanket states it is waterproof. It is not. The blanket -is- water resistant, not waterproof, as later and correctly stated in the blanket's features. Spills will bead on the blanket for ease in wiping off.This blanket easily cleans with a simple wipe up. If it becomes excessively soiled and needs machine washing, I recommend using a cold water wash for best care of this blanket.I highly recommend this durable and versatile blanket.

Like: Color and pattern. Fun for outdoor activities. Have not tested water blocker yet.Neutral: Velcro carry strap, could get lost. Would be nice if attached somehow.Dislike: Top side is also plastic, not fabric of any type. Would be slippery when wet or hard on a slope to stay on.
