This case had such a horrific chemical smell. I aired it out for a week yet the smell never dissipated. I thought possibly using the product would get rid of the smell, so I packed up the case the night before work but realized by morning all of my items including my expensive stethoscope had absorbed the terrible smell. I said to hell with this I’m returning and it never actually used it. (Btw it’s weeks later that I am writing this review and my stethoscope still stinks like chemicals)Another thing worth noting is this case is advertise as a hard case, but could easily be squished by a textbook so it doesn’t offer that much protection.

Works great but it smells funky. Had to let it air out for a couple weeks before use. Also slightly larger than I expected. Soft on the inside and has many pockets to hold things.

This is a quality stethoscope compartmentalized carrying case. This is a case only; it does not include a stethoscope. The case can carry a variety of stethoscopes including Littmann/ADC/Omron/MDF/Dixie EMS Stethoscopes and accessories. The shell is made of a durable hard EVA and nylon, is tear resistant, flame retardant, waterproof, and shockproof. It comes with an inter-layer that is very soft and the lining can cushion any the impacts the case might get from day-to-today use. The hardened case with soft inner lining helps to ensure the safety of your stethoscope and other accessories you have placed in the hardened container. This quality stethoscope carrying case makes for a perfect gift for a nurse or doctor. The case size is: 12.2 inches in length x 5.5 inches in width x 2.36 inches in height. This is a good quality product, and I can comfortably rate it a solid 5-star.

There’s a lot to love here!I wish I had something this useful during my hospital days. Great for organizing and keeping literally everything needed to tote around on a busy hospital unit.There’s one roomy compartment to the bottom. My long stethoscope tucks neatly inside (see pic). The divider then rests on the stethoscope and I can add more items to it and they will all be held in place with fixed, elastic straps. The topmost flap of the case also holds items in the attached zippered mesh pocket.This case in LONG coming in at over 1-foot (12.2”) and I imagine it can hold even the fanciest digital cardiac stethoscopes, perhaps even two smaller steths.The double-zippers are silicone-enforced and smooth, which is important when you’re in a hurry at the bedside and need to get to your items.In the light, the case color appears to be GUNMETAL vs black. The handle seems a thin but it is reinforced with silicone so hopefully it will withstand some years.I love the clear card slot for quick ID and the fuzzy inner lining that is lighter in color – helps to see everything.Stickers DO stick to the outside of the case if one wanted to personalize their case.I plan on buying a few as gifts for my friend’s kids who have kids in nursing programs.Highly recommend for organization of all that stuff and excellent functionality!

I use this to house an engine diagnostic tool. So if you're looking for reviews that discuss how it works for an actual stethoscope, this is not it. I find it to be a good quality case. For 15 bucaroo, the price is reasonable. I would order this again.
