I actually got these to replace the cushions on my earphones. I had to wrangle them to get them on, but I'm very glad with the way they feel now.

I replaced my hard plastic ear pieces with these soft pliable ear pieces, and what a difference! Gone is that horrible ear pain and welcome to comfort! I can finally use my stethoscope for longer than a few minutes! Be sure that this is the right brand and type of ear piece for YOUR stethoscope as it won't fit all brands.

I give 3 stars because the picture is not what you get. These come with 2 earpieces and they do not look like the picture. They are designed in a taper fashion which makes it easier to fit different ear sizes. I have tiny ears and always use small to extra small pieces. I like these and they fit my ear well and are comfortable and I get a great seal in my ear to be able to hear auscultations better. These also come with 2 diaphram pieces which is nice to have especially as a backup as you never know when something is going to happen. especially in the vet world.
