This is a decent dog ramp though as noted by other reviewers, there are some concerns with the sturdiness of the hand rails. Assembly seemed easy to us and it bears the weight of our larger dogs without any apparent issues thus far. The rails themselves aren't a super important feature to us at the moment, but for others it may be a bigger issue.

The ramp seems to be ok but the hardware is cheap metal and hinges. During unboxing everything seemed ok till I opened the ramp and the hinges were falling off because the pin was out and missing and the hinge was bent. The railings are cheap and and seem to fall apart even after installed. The screws that go into the wood to hold the screws in place fell right out after gently screwing them in. Which could have been a saftey issue for my old 14 year old morkie who could have falling off the end of the ramp and got hurt. Unfortunately it is assembled and I am not able to rebox it and send it back like I would like to especially since it is not light. So now I’m stuck with a damaged ramp after spending this kind of money I would have expected quality. I will not be recommending this product to anyone in the future due to safety concerns for pets and since I am not able to return it due to already being assembled and not being able to rebox it and Cary to the return center. I guess you can say I got crap for 130 bucks. I hope someone sees this and rethinks the quality and safety of the product.

It seems sturdy for little dogs. However, the stain was chipped and missing clearcoat, the safety rails were broken. I am keeping unit due to the immediate need, however, if you do not want to make it look visually appealing or do not have the tools to fix the broken rails I would return it. It almost seems like it was a used product before I received it.

Nice ramp for our 8 pound Pom. Like that you can put the rails on which side you want. Sturdy. I would recommend this ramp.

The ramp looks nice, but all of the railing are very poorly made. 2 of them were broken when we opened the box. The top railing is really unstable. The carpet is slick so my dogs slide going up/ down the ramp. It's unusable at the tallest setting because of how slick it is.
