It was easy to put together. My first trip kitties got upset and did their potty in carrier. Awful mess! but took apart carrier and washed it, was easy to do and it came clean easy. Would recommend a strap or whatever to hold handle upright.

This product is pretty much as it is represented in the listing. The instructions are a little wonky. The instructions tell you to install the wheels in steps 2.1 and 2.2, but in step 2.3, they instruct on which wheels to install front and back. The wheels are not the same. The two wheels that go closest to the handle turn 360 but the two wheels away from the handle do not rotate. Also, the instructions do not tell you which side of the carrier faces the handle. There is an additional Velcro strap that wraps around the base of the handle, which helps you figure out the correct position of the carrier on the rolling frame. The two large Velcro straps under the carrier are difficult to pull together so that the Velcro strips fits exactly one on top of the other. Probably with time and use, these will loosen and come together better. Lastly, the carrier is narrower than it appears, although, I know measurements are given. I bought it to transfer two small dogs together at 11 and 14 lbs each. We haven't used it yet, but I am hoping it is a good alternative to the bulky, heavy plastic carriers.

Love this for my puppy, it is spacious inside so lots of wiggle room. Very well made and fun to use, lots of mesh for air. I can’t say enough good about this thing, just amazing I would highly recommend worth every penny

I had this carrier for a couple of months and I was loving it. Unfortunately, the handle fell off., but I hear the customer service is very good so please help! I will rate it a 5 if I get good customer service.. keep you posted!

This is a perfect carrier for small to medium pets. Lots of vent windows and not too heavy to lift in and out of the car.

I really like this carrier but it came with one broken wheel. Not happy as the whole point was to have a carrier on wheels to transport my very large cat. Very disappointed as it’s now useless for its intended purpose.Update: Seller saw my review about the broken wheel and contacted me. Incredible customer service. Gave me a full refund so I will be ordering another one to use as intended since my 24 lb cat is using the original one as a bed. This carrier is very roomy and well made. It’s just unfortunate about the broken wheel but the seller really went above and beyond. Very satisfied customer here. I highly recommend this carrier especially if you have a very large heavy cat.
