A total rip off. I wish I would have read the reviews. The top wouldn't stay up and my cat wouldn't use it. Waste of money.

Nice soft fabric. Disappointed in the hood. It doesn't stay up. it's flimsy. There is no zipper, referred to in the description. this bed is going back.

I’m really disappointed in this product. I ordered the 19 inch for my 15 pound cat. The bed is way too small. The sizing is stated to fit a medium size animal. The top does not stay up like the picture shows and it’s flimsy.

I love the softness but the top doesnt stay up at all so my small dog doesnt get under it.

1.10.24 Last Update. One last photo added. Our youngest and smallest was found snuggling inside the large bed. It took her a few weeks, but she was smurgling (kneading biscuits) and looks soooo happy. All the haters must have a different product, these beds are wonderful. 🐈⬛️🥰1.4.25 Update. I wanted to add pictures of Isabella in the large bed. She was the last of our cats to fall in love with these beds, but now All Three cats give their vote of approval. I'm also including a photo of our large cat tree where we keep the medium and small beds. I see Isabella in both of those all the time too. Not sure why there are negative reviews. These beds are great and I have the photo proof that my cats love them. Super soft and comfy beds.Earlier Review:I kept seeing these soft, fluffy pet beds advertised and finally decided that my cats must have one EACH, so I bought three. They arrived in the mail yesterday, all in one package vacuum sealed, but fluffed right up when they were opened. The bottom is a nice vinyl fabric that seems skid resistant, but the fabric on the beds and the foam inside the beds is sooooo soft and fluffy. Cats are always a little curious, but still cautious, and don't get right into something and so far Freddie has managed to sniff it out and then fell fast asleep ON TOP, but not inside yet, and Olivia managed to do the same thing. Isabella did sleep right next to one of them last night but she's always a bit slow. I really hope one day to see them snuggled down inside the little pocket on the top like the cats in the ads, but if it never happens and they only sleep on top, I still think this was a great purchase. I did buy one in each size, small, medium, and large. Unless you have a dog-sized cat, or a bunch of cats that like to bed together, large is probably a little more than you need, but I'm still happy we have it. The small will be fine for our tiny Isabella if she ever gets over her caution, but for my money, three medium sized ones would have been perfect. The photos I've attached are Freddie and Olivia on the medium sized bed. I think Freddie is about 10 lbs and Olivia probably 8 lbs, if you want an idea for size. But if you love your cats and you want to get them the best bed they will ever have, this is the one. We have lots of beds that will probably be tossed, but these are definitely staying around. So glad I got these. We did open them before Christmas, but they made nice Christmas presents for our kids. I can definitely recommend these beds.

The coloring of the bed is nothing like it shown! I thought that you could unzip it and wash parts of it, but I haven’t found that either. Also, the top that stays up is very stiff so if it falls down for the cat or dog to lay on, it’s not soft. I don’t know if I would recommend this or not.
