This was wrapped and sealed in plastic. It had been flattened and had a strange chemical odor when I opened it. After washing and airing it out to get the chemical smell out - it seems fine and my cat is finally able to use.

We bought 2 of these beds. We’ve tried some other ones that our cats would not even enter. These are amazing beds. The oldest cat didn’t even let me get the bed fluffed up before he wanted to crawl into it. Worth the cost because it does the job, it’s easy to fluff, and the cats love them!

I first got the 17" bed for my Yorkie. He was hesitant but he wouldn't leave the bed. However it was too small for him so I changed it to the next size (20") I think it didn't feel as cozy enough for him so I exchanged back to the smaller size. He is back to living in it.My dog was pretty codependent, sleeping next to me all the time, since we got this bed, he's been sleeping on his own and won't leave it.Riley approves ✅️

I would recommend 100% It arrived vacuumed packed! That's hygienically clean and a must have !My 1 year old Rosie is a rescue and now a month into our life together, getting all her needs here & there. The 20 X 20 size- is the perfect size for any average cat size. You can't beat the price point. I like the shagginess in a lighter color lavender(Grey). It's made strong @ the sides. Rosie gets lost inside sleeping. It's nice & deep. I grabbed up a few backups as gifts.... sprinkle potent catnip inside and rub it with clean hands. That's when she realized what it was on her own.

My pomeranian fits perfectly and for some reason she immediately started "cobbing" the bed. Which she only does to her toy and her daddy's bearded chin so I'm guessing that means she really loves the bed and we will keep it. Its not exactly as pictured. It's not as full and fluffy as I thought it would be but it is very soft has a nice texture.

These beds are very compressed for delivery, but take some work to get them fluffy. The beds are smaller than expected. One has already been torn by my dogs.You get what you pay for.
