This is very soft and shaggy but given that it is vacuum sealed flat for shipping, it does not fluff up and stay upright. It's just all flopped over. If I would have known that it didn't stay upright I would have ordered a different type of bed. It's really disappointing. The only reason I even gave it a star is because the color is nice and the material is soft. But this is an overall fail

Bed was vacuumed packed and now the sides don’t stand up. It’s a floppy mess and the cats don’t really want to crawl into a heap of furry mound without walls. Waste of money. If I could find a way to prop up the sides, the cats would probably want to get into it.

Unsure how to rate this ,it super soft,pretty and good quality.it was horrible trying to get it opened and neither our cat or small dog like it,they refuse to go in it.but I sure wish I could fit in it lol

Bed is soft but does not look like anything pictured. It doesn't seem to have enough filling in it. Sides do not stand up as pictured

My kitty went right to this bed and I find her in it everyday. She wouldn’t use the last bed I got her. I feel she finds more comfort with this one. It’s perfect size for her and holds its shape well.

I ordered this pet bed for my Shih Tzus, a they tend to get cold in our home.This pet bed came vacuum sealed in plastic, within a box, nothing fancy.The bed is a very soft and fluffy material, which includes a removable inner pillow, which our dogs like to take out, effectively making two beds for themselves.The dogs really enjoy this bed, with its high sides and soft feel.
