I know there’s gonna be inferior components in any product, but I wouldn’t ever take a chance on this product again. Ended up locked in my home. Not because it was accidentally locked the door or installed it the wrong way, but because the handle would turn but the latch stopped working. After I finally got out and I took it off the door, I checked to see if there was any way to fix it and I couldn’t even tell why it didn’t work anymore, other that there was a rattling in both knobs which I didn't think should be there.The only good thing about this handle was that it looked nice out of the box and installed very easily. But be fore warned that it does scatch very easly so it was pointless getting the matte black.Do not recommend this product at all...save your money.

Doorknob was working great for the few days I had it. Then it started acting strange and the locking mechanism quit working and was eventually locked in my own home. For your safety don't buy from this company

I bought this due to my siblings wanting to go in my room when im not home. It does the job Im able to lock the door from the outside. the only thing is the quality of the hardware provided. I understand its an affordable amazon product but it felt a little weak even for this standard. If it really bothered me I would of just gone to my nearby Home depot and bought some replacements but its not that bad.Does the job, feels and looks nice! Would reccomend.

So not only the delivery of this but the installation was excellent. It was delivered within 2 hours of purchasing which was perfect because I didn’t have a doorknob on my bedroo. Due to personal reasons I needed to change to a doorknob that locks with a key, to keep my teen out. I paid the extra 2.99 for the 4-8 am next day delivery but 2.5 hours later I got the notification it was delivered. AMAZING. I also love that this doorknob comes with a screwdriver to install it. It literally all clicked together and works perfectly and it looks great too. Worth the money and also one of the cheapest doorknobs in here. It is very secure to the door also and doesn’t jiggle with use, it feels great. Thank you!

It was elegant appearance, easy to install, even though I only have 1 fully functional left hand it was still easy to install. I’m impressed. Feels strong & secure. Oddly it unlocks turning towards the door frame ( not a big deal) but works well & looks great & feels solid. I will be buying agin in the future.

Al principio el producto parece bueno y elegante por el color negro. Sin embargo al tener en la mano el producto se siente de baja calidad. Los tornillos a penas con la instalacion sin forzarlos ya se notan despintados. El sistema no gira con facilidad, a veces se atora. Para el costo esperaba algo de mucho mayor calidad

Likes : It was sorta easy to install. It looks pretty , and definitely matches the picture - it came with a screw driverDislikes : it was hard to screw on , it’s great that it came with a screw driver, but the left screw ( if you’re looking at the lock part ) was hard to screw in since the screwdriver was a little too big. it was a good thing i have a smaller flat head screw driver .either way, i would buy this for all my doors cause cute.
