So far we are loving it. As grandparents who can't be that active or when it's cold outside. This has been the best thing ever. It's extremely light and easy to fold up and when let down pretty sturdy. We can move it very easily even with one hand. And for disabled folks this is great. The scoring system works for the most part some minor glitches but overall works pretty well. And the important thing is that he loves it Putting it together was definitely that Christmas challenge. But hey we had fun. This was the biggest hit as far as Christmas gifts go.

The package came with a basketball that does not inflate, a broken white hook, and a ripped strap.

Very disappointed with this product, especially for paying $100 --- product showed up with one of the plastic hooks broken, once we had it assembled (which wasn't terrible to do), the sides of the ball return area cave into the middle b/c there is no support on the sides or anything holding them in place. When my son started playing this, the nets on the hoops would get caught and stuck, so we removed them. The scoring also does not work all the time...sometimes it registers the basket but other times it does not. VERY cheesy. The frustrating thing is that something like this is hard to disassemble and return, but I'm going to try and get my money back.

It’s a great product however one piece the small plastic hook was broken and I wish they had extra pieces included.
