Not good product overall and not good customer service. I bought this and put this together on Christmas eve. We've been able to play for one day before the scoreboard started resetting itself during games. I tried new batteries, and the problem remained. Also one of the rims is bigger than the other so the ball goes through the bigger rim without registering a made basket as it misses the sensor arm. One of the basketballs won't hold air either. I called to get replacement parts and they took my order no questions asked. Then I waited for 15 days until the parts finally arrived. I called during that time and I was told they were busy and backed up. When I finally received my order, it was only the scoreboard keeping piece and not the new rim and ball. They put the score board piece, about 6 inches, in a big box with no padding. When I went to install it, it did not work. I tried different batteries, did not work. I called back again and was told my whole order would be resent the next day, the 12th. I still have not received it and called back today and was told they are busy and still behind. I'll be returning.

My kids literally threw the ball a few times and the sensors broke...wires disconnected. Major disappointment.

Bought this for Christmas and the kids loved it! They play hours on it! It was a little difficult to put together because there is a lot of pieces but that's to be expected with a product like this. I'm glad I bought it. It was worth the money.

I purchased this for Christmas present. After two days of use the net ripped. After three days of use the "home side" scoring sensor is not working properly. With very competitive boys in the house you can only imagine the arguments this is causing. I sent an email asking for a website to order parts but have had no reply with days passed. Makes one question customer support when ordering this item.

We had to return the first one as there were pieces missing. It's not very easy to install.
