Worked well for the activities that my grandson loves! Making decorations for Valentine's Day was a big hit. Looking forward to making other holiday decorations! The machine was easy to use and light enough to carry from room to room. It was also a great price for all the things I was able to do and plan to do.

My team purchased two of these to use between the 6 of us. We have barely gotten through 5 months and both of them have jammed and ruined the projects we were working on. We are very disappointed in the durability of these as we have only used them about 4 times a piece. They were not subjected to daily use.UPDATE:the company is shipping me replacements and responded very quickly to make things right!

Good quality laminating for all my small projects. Busy yourself while it heats up and it feels like it is ready in no time. Stare at the ready light and it seems like forever. Very useful for homeschool and church projects.

**UPDATE** I emailed customer service, and in a couple of hours, a representative replied, offering a full refund on my purchase or a new replacement at no cost to me. I don't even have to send the bad one back to them. I will certainly purchase this brand in the future. I updated this review from 1 to 5 stars. I purchased this same laminator a couple of years ago and it suited my needs until it would no longer heat up. I figured it held up well for the amount of use it had, so I bought another. The new one worked about the same as the first, but with minimal use it suddenly started jamming. I tried different sizes and thicknesses of lam sheets, but it still randomly jams. It seems to do it less when I let it warm up for a long time, but it will still do it at times after adequate warm up. It could just be a lemon - it is just always a pain when something you rely on doesn't work correctly.

I bought this laminator on August 24,2023 and only used it twice for heated lamination. The first time I used it, it worked great. The second time I used it, it rolled up the paper and got stuck. Now it no longer works. It turns on but won't heat up which is extremely disappointing. The cold lamination doesn't work either.The cutter also doesn't cut well. I am using 3mm laminating sheets and it barely cuts through. I don't have the option for product support or to message the seller.I'm so upset at the waste of money I spent on something that only worked once! I do NOT recommend this product at all.

I chose this laminator over a cheaper 13" option specifically because the listing claimed that it could handle up to 16". Turns out, that was just a complete lie; the laminator only handles up to 13". Not a trustworthy listing.
