Perfect for crabbing. Takes the guesswork out of trying to guess if you can keep.

We are going to the ocean this summer and these will come in very handy when we are fishing for crab off the docks. These are a great tool to have so we can tell when we have a crab that is too small or just right that we can take home.

I do a bit of crabbing when I go to the coast here in the PNW and I somehow lost my old guage. I picked these up and now I've got a backup or one to lend a friend if we're both out. Accurate measurements and clear labeling is all I need functionally and these have it. The durable plastic and bright colors are also helpful, maybe I won't lose these. The price is good enough I won't mind if I do though haha

I really like these crab gauges. I live in Coastal Virginia, and my wife and I spend a lot of time fishing and crabbing the "Hampton Roads". These easy well-made gauges will assist us in separating the "keepers" from the "see you next time" crabs! These gauges check all the boxes for my new addition to my tackle box. Both are bright and colorful "Green & Orange" with large legible inch marks.

It's perfectly designed and does the job cheaply, and effectively. If you are going crabbing you have to get one of these. Everyone has to have a measuring tool. So you don’t get into trouble. It’s easy to use, sturdy, light.

This product looks exactly as advertised. Purchased these for when we start crabbing. These seem to provide accurate measurements for catching legal sized crabs. The material is plastic and comes with one neon green and one orange plastic gauge. There is a single hole on the right side of the gauge if you'd like to attach a lanyard to it. The item also conveniently shows a male and female crab to help you determine what you've caught.

I got this for dungeness crab in California. You need to carry a measuring device and legal sizes are at least 5 3/4 inches wide. This tool is about the easiest way to comply with the regulations. Easy to find because of the bright plastic, ruler for actual measurements, hole for lanyard, clearly printed minimum size measurements, and diagrams of gender. Everything you need to know if a crab is legal or not.
