Works as advertised, not quite as sharp as the Brother that I had been using for many years but it is 1/3rd the price and what do I care really, I'm labeling storage containers with it.It is a little larger than my old one but the button layout is simpler and more logically laid out. The Brother could be confusing sometimes to figure out which combination of buttons I needed to push to get the character I wanted.Uses the standard label stock as my old brother so that keeps me from having to purchase something special just for this.

I have another label maker, but it's not as easy to use as this one, so I haven't been using it. This one however, is pretty much plug-and-play. You don't need much in the way of instruction to get started with it. I made labels for my clear plastic food containers within a few minutes of unboxing it. It only comes with a little bit of tape on the cartridge, but it claims to be compatible with another brand, of which I have on hand from my previous label maker. The cartridges look the same, so I have hope that it will function the same in the label machine. I like that the keyboard is a good size, and the function buttons are easy to read. I chose not to use disposable batteries in it, I can easily plug it into any USB port and use it just about anywhere. Great value compared to other brands.

This label maker does a good job making clear, readable labels. It comes with power chord and spare cutters. Included is also a sample label making cartridge that will get you started. The included operation manual details all the buttons and functions, clearly and completely. Before using, it is really helpful to read the manual, as there are so many options to use. There is even a procedure for cleaning the print head so the printing will work perfectly. This is a good quality label maker that one can find endless use for. If you are going to use your own power source, other than batteries, insure that itโs output is no higher than 5 volts.

Wow, this is really a substantial label maker with a ton of functionality! Itโs a pretty good size, definitely on the big side for a label maker, but I appreciate that the buttons have full words on them instead of codes to interpret. There are so many functions, I feel like I havenโt even scratched the surface on what this can do. The various fonts are all really nice and give the labels a personal touch. The printing is crisp, albeit a bit pixelated (though I was expecting that). It is powered either via USB-C or 6 AAA batteries. I will likely just plug it in to use as needed. Setup is easy, you just power it on and go! There is a learning curve though with the various functions, but I found it easy to type my label, pick a font, print and cut. The buttons also have a lovely silicone tactile feel - my favorite. Honestly a great buy for the price!

So far, this label maker tests out fine. The included label tape is โokโ. The label tape is a very common size and should be easy to buy what you need. **It seems the printing is not quite as crisp as I have experienced with another name brand of label maker, but itโs still good** Iโm not sure if that is due to the tape or the label maker. It takes 6 AAA batteries. Set up was ok. There is a learning curve because this is different than what I am used to. There are lots of options I havenโt tried yet, but Iโm excited to figure it all out. I have a lot of spice containers needing labels, so I will report back with my experience.

Very well made and easy to use! Almost exactly the same as a very expensive one I used to have at work. I really like that it has the option of batteries or USB-C (cord included). I'm not sure exactly how quickly it will go thru the sample cartridge, so I suggest buying extras to have on hand.
