This is a good solid product with a base with natural weight. The base is well coated for protection. The end user may want an M8 X 1.25 Metric Tap handy to chase into the base threads as the base protective coating can build a little there during the manufacturing coating process. (This is normal with threaded parts.) The threaded rods are traditional lab chrome type. You will do very well with this as the base is heavy and has two different holes for different applications!
