One reviewer had warned the finger holes are small for most hands. I must agree and warn that is you do not have tiny fingers, these very nice and sharp scissors will not be useable.

So sharp I cut my dogs leg. Now she has adversity to all grooming. Great value and function. Grooming was great until I cut dog. I need to practice on a non-living animal first. Designed with good curve

These scissors are so comfortable! It fits my hand, doesn't hurt if I use it for an extended period of time. These are well made and I can say that it makes trimming my Cocker's feet so much easier!

Even though the finger holes are a little small, I still really like these scissors. When trimming my dogs hair, they cut on the first try and I don’t need to apply pressure in any way to the scissors to get them to cut better like other scissors do.Overall these are consistently sharp and cut properly each time. There are rubber inserts in the finger holes that can be removed if your fingers don’t fit to give you a little more room. If you have big fingers I would advise against purchasing these.

Really like these scissors, these are nice and sharp but with rounded ends so I don't worry about poking her. Great for face and paws of my goldendoodle.

The finger holes are very, very small. I have small fingers and they did not even feel comfortable for me. There was no way my husband could even use them and he has small hands for a man. Otherwise they seem like very nice scissors. They are sharp with blunt tips so they may be used around the dog's face. I wish they had been workable for us.

These are very tiny. If you want tiny scissors, these are for you. If you have big fingers, keep looking. Even if you have normal fingers, be warned that the finger holes are very small. I have small hands, and my thumb tip just barely fits.

Good quality steel, thick enough to not twist while trying to cut larger amounts of fur. They are sharp and had no trouble getting thru my cats long hair.You can use the rounded tips to get under mats safely without poking the cat. Also less of a risk of them putting an eye out vs a sharper pair.The blade length is short so you have a bit of torque to get thru thick fur. I've found the longer pairs are harder to deal with and this short pair makes sensitive areas less worrisome.It has a hand-adjustable hinge nut that allows you to dial in the amount of pressure the blades put on each other. It's a nice touch, you can adjust it on the fly.The finger loops are comfortable for me. I'm a guy but my hands are on the smaller side. I removed the squishy plastic finger loop inserts. I hate those.The cat I bought these for is a feral rescue. He has super long fur that gets all matted and tangled from burrs and whatnot. He usually gets upset after a few minutes of me trying to use a long pair of Fiskers. This time I was able to cut every mat off of him, even the armpits and his chest/neck. He actually seemed to enjoy it now that I am able to get some better precision at cutting under the mats.Good pair of cat trimmers. Would recommend all day long.
