How to Operate This Small Food Processor
Step 1
Plug motor base into wall socket. Voltage 120V, 60Hz, US plug.
Step 2
place the work bowl over the center stem and turn slightly to the right, until bowl drops down to the bottom of the stem.Turn the work bowl clockwise to lock onto base.
Step 3
Carefully pick up the blade by its hub and place on the center stem until it drops to the bottom of the stem. NEVER TOUCH THE BLADE ITSELF.
Step 4
Add food ingredients, size NO BIGGER than 0.78 inch (2cm).Then, place the lid on the bowl,turn it clockwise to securely lock into locking post.You are ready to CHOP/PUREE for pulse function.
Function of "CHOP" and "PUREE”
“CHOP” button- Low-speed pulse chopping function. Mainly to cut all kinds of vegetables and food into small particles. The maximum amount should be no more than 200g(7oz).
“PUREE” button- High-speed pulse chopping function.Mainly to cut all kinds of vegetables and meat into puree, the maximum quantity should be no more than 150g(5.3oz).
NOTE:DO NOT operate this mini food chopper continuously for more than 1 minute.

I bought this item in 2001 and have been using it sparingly over the past 4 years, probably got about 1 use every 6-8 weeks in that time. I went to use it the other day and it wouldn't turn on, I assume because the motor died. Really disappointed as the processor looked nice and was doing its job for the first few uses but it's clear underneath it the quality of the parts are very poor and it's not meant to last. Will be looking elsewhere for a more reputable processor. DO NOT RECCOMMEND this unless you're okay with replacing the unit every couple years.

Just the right size for chopping small amounts of food. Two large chicken thighs chop up to consistency of canned tuna. Just right for someone who has trouble swallowing regular non processed food. Cleans up quick and chops fast.

I bought another one and it was too finicky to use this one was so simple it was easy to work the results were great and it even has a mini spatula to clean out the dish I would give it a 10 out of 10

I had a small Black & Decker grinder for many years that I thought worked pretty well. It was mainly used to turn different consistencies of cat food into purée for older kitties. Anyway, I broke a piece on it and replaced it with the same but newer model. Newer B&D model didn’t even have as much power as my old one so I returned it and purchased this deluxe grinder which I love! Has 2 settings, works fast, opening on top to add liquid, large cup volume, compact, very sharp blades. When they hear the grinder, cats know something good is coming. Works well for us. We very highly recommend.Update: Still going strong a year later! Working great for the kitties.

Well let me start with it looks beautiful, it’s not too small and not too big & not loud at all. This worked great the 1st time I used it. A little over a month later went to use it a 2nd time but unfortunately it just stopped working while I was in the middle of finishing a sauce mix for sandwiches. I just barely passed my return time so I had no choice but to just trash it. I will not be buying a replacement from this same brand.

My cuisinart mini broke and I thought I'd try this because of its power. Wow, It is so small and so light but is a powerhouse of a mini. I love the size to grind nuts, my fresh turmeric and ginger and other small items to add. Love it!!!!!

I JUST FINISHED USING MY NEW REVEUSE ELECTRIC MINI FOOD PROCESSOR ( 2 CUP CAPACITY ) AND I JUST LOVE IT ! NEVER HAVE I HAD A FOOD PROCESSOR THAT WAS SO EASY TO USE. IT CHOPS AND PUREE'S BEAUTIFULLY AND IS SO EASY TO WASH UP AFTER . IT'S SMALLER SIZE FITS PERFECTLY ON THE COUNTER TOP AND BE OUT OF THE WAY AFTER USE. THE SPATULA IS A GREAT ADDITION AS WELL. SO EASY TO LOCK AND UNLOCK. JUST A SUPER PRODUCT ! VERY IMPRESSED ! LISA

This can make nut butter or chop nuts to blend in with a pie crust. I just tried it for both items, and it worked perfectly, first chopping and then in making the nut butter, first chopping and then setting it on puree. So far, so good.I like it!
