I purchased this set for a rebuild engine . I broke in the engine on a test stand. Then changed oil. Installed into my truck and changed oil after 500 miles. I currently have 4400 miles and 2 of the lifters developed ticking. I adjusted the valves two times after installation into vehicle. To rule out other potential issues. But adjustments and vale’s were set correctly and didn’t change. I even installed posi lock rocker nuts to ensure valve adjustment stayed true. But still had issues with the same 2 lifters. Replaced all lifters with Howards and problem is gone. Nothing worse than building an engine and having new parts fail. This didn’t cause engine damage but was absolutely annoying and down right embarrassing. Nice classic truck and it’s ticking away in traffic. Not a high performance engine by any means. Where added horsepower and upgrades could have contributed. Been a mechanic for 19 years and this isn’t my first engine. But will be the last time I install enginetech parts in one.

One had issues out of a set of 16 letters . Had to replace it . Cost me time and money to replace , motor running great now . It's what I get for trying to save money ...
