I like the product but it only seems to last 6 months. It just stops working without reason. This is the second one I’ve purchased and same thing. Anyone else have the same issue? Is there a better brand?

I have a hybrid job and recently started grad school. Since I already have a home office set up for work, I didn't want to have to get a second desk for my personal laptop to be able to do grad school work. I now have my work laptop, personal laptop, second monitor, mouse and keyboard all connected to the KVM switch on my desk. It's so easy to switch back and forth when needed. It does take a few seconds when you switch but it isn't so long that it bothers me. Even with having to wait a few seconds, its still so much more convenient than having to switch cords and USB receivers back and forth every time I want to use a different computer.

Was impressed as soon as I opened the box. It includes all the cables you need for the set up which I was not expecting and totally appreciate! The set up is a breeze, everything is labeled nicely on the PC switch device and the included instructions are easy to follow. It works extremely well!The only stars it lost was for the quality of the device itself. It is very light and I feel like it is made out of cheap plastic. It can break or crack very easily if not treated well. Because it very light, I had to use a double sided sticky to stick it down on my desk, if not, if would be floating in the air!But it does the job! I am happy with the price as well.

I did have some connectivity issues with flickering on my monitor at first, but I upgraded the main HDMI chord to my monitor and everything is working great now. It was incredibly easy to set up. I have a main computer and laptop hooked up to it with the full scope of monitor, keyboard and mouse. It does take about thirty seconds or so to switch fully, but at the price point it works great. It did come with all the extra chords needed as well which was unexpected. It has been such a life saver to be able to switch my work and home PCs out so easily.

Using with a Dell laptop and workstation. Seems to switch well but there is a bit of a delay. My laptop has some issues if I use a power plan that puts the computer to sleep and won't connect the keyboard and mouse afterwards. That may be an issue with the laptop though.As for the layout of the KVW, as you can see from the photo, cables are sticking out everywhere and are thus a big mess. Putting all of the connections in back would have been WAY better. But I guess for the cost, I shouldn't complain.Basically, it works fine

This review is not intended to cause any harm to the manufacturer rather it is to share an opportunity for improvement on your product and we truly wish you the best of luck with your sales.• Pros:o Video quality is great.o Easy to connect with the included cables.o The concept is great that with a bush of button you can switch a single screen between two computers.o Great price for what you're getting, and it is exactly what I needed switching my personal computer two of my work computer while working from home.• Cons:o keyboards or the mouse dongles worked when you switch between two computers. This caused a lot of frustration at my end because I had very hard time pairing them and making it work. It worked for a brief one day then it stopped working completely. I tried everything that I can, powering off and back on, restarting the computers, connecting and reconnecting and nothing seemed to work whatsoever to get it back to work.
