It's super lightweight. Feels like holding paper. I opted for this instead of a full sized E-tool for weight/space reduction. I have no doubt it will pay itself off over the years.

Shovel is easy to grip and does a great job digging in soil without too many rocks. Does not hurt your hands because of the rounded edges on the sides and top. Weights just 1.4 ounces with the bag. I wish the bag was slightly larger so that you can easily put up the dirty trowel. Other than that it is a great option for those desperate moments in the backcountry. :)

Good trowel, just like the Vargo dig dig. Same issue though with the Guyline cutout being a bit pokey. Nothing worth complaining over. Works good.

Man I love titanium. This shovel is light and sturdyI like the rounded edges where you hold it. I've chosen bad places to dig and have dug rocks up and roots. Used my boot to push it in the ground to get started. I thought it would bend but...nope. It was cheaper then my aluminum one I lost and I like this one better.

This titanium trowel is perfect for keeping your pack weight down. It's extremely light and strong and functions as designed. It has great digability for the recommended 6 inch deep cat holes. Sometimes you have to step on it to get a good hole started. It feels comfortable in the hand, and its sharp enough to dig through vegetation. Definitely a must have piece of kit, and the price isn't too bad ether.

It works, it is perfect size, the bag is great. I think it cost way too much for what it is.It does flex a bit while digging. It does hurt delicate hands. You will want to wrap it in para-cord or duct tape, which is cool because than it leaves room in handle for other stuff like toilet paper or more para-cord or small fire starter or other tiny survival stuff. It is perfect for small day pack, waist pack, full sized pack or glove compartment. I'm happy about the product but not the cost. Will update if something good or bad arises.

It takes up much less space than the plastic shovel I was using to dig my latrine hole. Unlike plastic, it’s capable of digging into soil with roots and other materials you might encounter.

It’s just a little heavy for a gram-counter like me. I have one that is far lighter. BUT, on a recent backpacking trip I took both to test them out. In an area with lots of roots, this one did a much better job of digging a cat hole.
