This tool pouch is sturdy and the holes are stiff, so your tools don't fall out easily. The metal for the tape measure is very strong. The main issue I had was that the clip for this was way too sharp. Even to the touch, the edges felt pretty pokey. I hooked it on a few times on my belt to try it out, and the clip made hideous scratches in the belt. So, either use this with a belt you don't care about or be like me and remove the clip - which was a pain to do but not impossible. Then you can just loop the belt through the strap part. It was kind of disappointing because the clip obviously is more convenient, but I didn't want to be scratching my belts nor possibly getting it caught on my clothes.
