Someone told me about this product, did not believe a word of it, there are too many quack medical products out there. I was given a partial roll with instructions for the problem I had with my knee. It was instant relief for the problem I had. I bought a roll, in three weeks the pain was gone and years later I have not had a problem since. All I can say is it worked for me and I never used the full roll. I also watched an online video on how to apply for the problem I had, I applied it exactly as shown and it worked. I also learned to shave my leg after removing the tape the first time, before applying again.

I was skeptical until I went on a long hike with tape applied to both knees. The lack of day-after pain was remarkable. Adhesive holds for 1-2 days and on-line instructions are easy to follow. Have also tried knock-off brands but this has superior adhesive.

Great product! I recommend also buying the sticking spray with it. You can tell it is good quality but it not always sticks as you'd want it to.

I like the pre-cut feature so I can have a small supply ready in my gym bag and apply them as I need them. The material elasticity is just right for the application. I found them very useful to reduce pain and improve performance.

I am not kidding, the second we pull something or anything feels “hurt”, the first words out of my mouth are, “I wounded if we can put KT Tape on it?” We have gotten SO many other people using this stuff now. Including our own adult children. We are never without this in our home.

I have used all KT products for over 10 years and had no adhesive issues. I recently decided to purchase the box with 150 strips since I was using it for back pain and patella issues while hiking and the price was better. My September 2024 purchase of the KT sports Med PRO, 150 pro strips have adhesive that stays on the skin when removing the tape. This is whether a 4 hr hike or leaving on a day or so. I tried several attempts to see if it was just a few bad strips but 20 or more in the package of 150 strips leave all the adhesive on my skin and hard to remove. It takes days of peeling to get off the adhesive even using alcohol and nail polish remover. For a $85-100 purchase, cannot use the remaining strips. Not sure if the product through Amazon is a second or dumping not perfect product but KT needs to correct any adhesive issues. Have not had a problem with KT tape purchases elsewhere. The product I purchased has a LOT# STSB231225S-D01.

I use KT tape fairly frequently, as an ultra runner l often have a few niggles and use KT tape to help with the healing process. I’ve tried loads of different KT tape brands but this is by far the best I’ve tried, like they say you get what you pay for. If you buy it the bulk size it’s really good value for money

Ottimo prodotto ma non adatto per competizione sportiva. Il tape non resiste al sudore e si stacca facilmente.

I bought this tape out of desperation. My husband has plantar fasciitis, and he was in so much pain he could barely walk. I read the reviews, and figured it couldn’t hurt to try it out. And if Olympic athletes use it, maybe it might help us mere mortals? So it arrived, and it sat around not being used. To say my husband was skeptical is an understatement. He finally caved in when he had been doing yard work, and was in so much pain he was willing to do anything for a little relief. I used the heel pain directions instead of the plantar fasciitis simply because I didn’t see it at the time (he prefers the heel pain wrapping after trying the plantar fasciitis taping). Now before you actually use the tape, make sure you check out their website for directions on how to use this. It’s not like an ace bandage, it requires a different technique. I’m getting pretty good at taping his foot, but it did take some practice and following the directions carefully. Anyway, back to my husband. I taped his foot, and hoped it would help. About an hour after I taped it I asked him how his foot was doing. He said it actually felt better. And the longer it was on, the better the pain relief. He also noticed that his foot would not hurt as much in between tapings. In fact we didn’t tape him up one day, and he ended up really hurting. So now we make sure to tape his foot twice a week to help the healing process, and keep his pain level down. He does like to wear a compression sock over the tape for extra support. But this tape has really helped him, and we will never be without it anymore. If you have pain, you might want to give this a try. The company’s website has tons of options for taping different areas of the body, so definitely check it out.Tl;dr- husband has plantar fasciitis and this works wonders! He prefers the heel pain wrapping directions vs. the plantar fasciitis instructions. Check the website for wrapping instructions, and how to tape properly. It’s not like regular tape or ace bandage.*I was not compensated for this review. I purchased this with my own money, and wanted to let others know how well it helped my husband. Hopefully it helps you.

This stuff is the way to go! I've tried several brands and this one stays well - at least 4 days for my mom's bone on bone knees - the taping really helps relieve the pain so that she can walk well. She showers just about every day. Don't waste your time on the less expensive stuff - even the less expensive KT. If you want something that stays stuck, this is it.Oh - make sure to use the correct technique. As you lay down the tape, don't stretch the first inch and a half. Stretch it about 25% in the middle, and then again, don't stretch the last inch and a half as you lay the tape down on the skin. Also, if you cut the tape in half, make sure to use scissors to make all of the corners that are now sharp, to be rounded. Otherwise, the sharp corners will start to pull away and you won't get your 4 days or more out of it.

Great price. Buying it at the drugstore in 20-strip rolls costs about $1.00/strip. This is about 40¢/strip. If you think you'll be using it often, this is a worthwhile deal. The producr itself isn't a cure-all. But, I have plantar fasciitis. Bad heel pain. I use 1/2 a strip from my heel to mid-foot, and a whole strip wrapped around my heel. This seems to give me more relief than the method they show in their videos online. The reduction in tension on the plantar fascia does help to relieve the pain much, much better than any other sports tape I have used, and it will usually stay on through multiple showers, thus saving money. Also, my skin is oddly sensitive to adhesives; even band-aid glue will cause a contact redness irritation. No such effect from this product.
