This item fitted perfect for my 2007 GMC Sierra 1500. There was one problem. The holes that was suppose to be in the item were not there. So I did not apply the tie downs. It stays in place without the tie downs. The quality is wonderful and I love my extra storage.

This was purchased as a gift for my father, and he loves it. It was easy to install, and no longer does he have things sliding around on the floor in his back seat. Well worth the price, which is lower than one would expect to pay if you bought a GM official product.
