We had to order a second one due to our own mistake of bolting the third screw too tight and cracking the tank. We thought we were covered by the protection plan that is OFFERED WHEN YOU ADD THE PRODUCT TO YOUR CART. -Wrong- we called Assurion with our order number for the plan and they told us they only cover electronics. Nothing to do with toilets or bathroom appliances at all.

Had to order a new one as I had a cabinet fall down and crack to original. Easy to install and all internal parts were pre-installed. Just 3 bolts, tighten and flush. Actually a great toilet.

I bought this tank AND all required parts after deciphering the diagrams on Kohler's website, only to realize that all required parts (handle, fill valve kit, tank bolt assembly kit, and canister flush valve kit) come with the tank as a kit! Fortunately Amazon makes it easy to return things. The only assembly required is to attach the tank to the bowl, a relatively simple task even for this DIYer.

Arrived in one piece (good packing)! Nicely shaped tank, and easy to install for an amateur handywoman such as myself. Got it about 6 months ago and it is still working well with no leaks.
